Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Mud Pie is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our Sales team. The Sales Support Associate will support the internal and external sales team, and work directly with specialty retail stores nationwide.  Reporting to, and under the direction of the Director of Independent Channel Sales & Marketing, the Sales Support Associate will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks to drive the sales of Mud Pie Products. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate frequently with Sales Management team via phone and email
  • Handle administrative and basic reporting tasks
  • Prepare product training materials for Sales Representatives
  • Assist in preparation of and attend Sales Meetings
    • Plan events and workshops for 100+ guests at week long annual sales meeting
  • Assist in preparation and organization of trade shows, including packing and setting up trade show booths, training and customer sales.  Travel approximately 33% of time.
  • Analyze sales information and prepare reports
  • Liaison and support for third party sales team
  • Ticket showrooms
    • Create spreadsheet for printing tickets, physically make, and apply to items in showroom                                  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required plus 2-3 years of experience in similar role

The Operations Supervisor will plan, manage and maximize all inventory functions and implement effective coaching methods throughout the operations while maintaining Mud Pie’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency with MS Office and operations systems/software. It is imperative that the Operations Supervisor is collaborative, results-driven and strategic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General Warehouse work (picking, packing, pulling, ticketing, loading, unloading, shipping, material handling, returns)
  • Duties can include, but are not limited to:
    • Update Pick Demand details through Mud Pie’s ERP system
    • Pull customer orders from Pick Demand or from stock and transport to packing station or shipping
    • Record amounts of materials/items received and distributed
    • Apply special tickets to customer orders when needed
    • Utilize cartons efficiently to maximize cube and minimize breakage
    • Palletize packed cartons; place packed cartons on conveyors
    • Unpack products, ticket, and repack products based on customer needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems.
  • Maintain WMS inventory, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock items as necessary; label shelves.
  • Process and document returns as required following established procedures.
  • Collect and confirm dimensions/weights of new product and existing inventory as appropriate using Cubiscan machine.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and preparing daily status reports.

  • Efficiently handle all tasks related to material handling and stock movement (load, unload, move, stack, stage and count product and materials)
    • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and shipping containers
    • Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the distribution facility
    • Ensuring that loads are secure
    • Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
    • Stacking goods in the correct storage areas, following inventory control instructions
    • Stacking empty pallets
  • Operate all equipment (forklift, stock picker, electric pallet jack) in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
  • Use radio frequency (RF) scanner for picking, receiving and put-away
  • Ensure proper stock rotation

Job Title: Business Analyst

Mud Pie is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and serve as a key resource in business reporting, data maintenance and business process support. The Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting applications to ensure Mud Pie’s business process are functioning properly.  This role is also responsible for documenting business processes and translating data into digestible information.  In addition, the Business Analyst will support multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for monthly reporting. This individual should have strong technical knowledge base and apply those skills to support of all Mud Pie departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot enterprise applications, including managing the support process, documenting and implementing resolution
  • Document all business processes
  • Build reports within business applications (Apprise, WMS, SQL)
  • Assist with day-to-day reporting responsibilities, including Month End reporting, Sales reporting, etc.
  • Data administration -- assist in ensuring and maintaining integrity of data throughout the organization.
  • Track and report all system changes and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of related experience in a business or data analyst role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Access
  • Experience with enterprise applications and databases (SQL, MYSQL, OracleSQL) is required
  • Experience with reporting packages such as QlikView, Cognos, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities
  • Must work well in fast-paced, customer-driven environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
